The Land Of The Former Puncak Warpat Will Be Turned Into A View Pavilion
BOGOR - The Regency Government (Pemkab) of Bogor, West Java, said that the land for the former Warpat or Warung Patra building in the Puncak tourist area will be "transformed" into a viewing platform and a command post for joint officers.
"Joint posts are for officers, but it's kind of like in outside countries, people can enjoy the platform," said Bogor Regency Secretary Ajat Rochmat Jatnika as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, January 8.
He explained that the joint post building was designed as uniquely as possible equipped with a viewing platform, so that it could become a new destination for the community.
"So we hope to build a structure that changes culture. So don't let us make designs, then the design will be embarrassing," he said again.
The construction of this joint post and viewing platform is part of the arrangement of the Puncak tourist area carried out by the Bogor Regency Government together with the central government since 2024.
It is known, a number of requirements for structuring the Puncak that have been proposed by the Bogor Regency Government such as safety fences or guard rails, improving road quality in the form of widening and coating roads, pedestrians, parks, and retaining walls.
