3 Daily Habits That Can Improve Memory

1. Consumption of nutritious food

Foods consumed significantly affect your memory. Therefore, consuming high nutritious food must be done so that memory remains strong and increases.

Some of the recommended foods contain omega-3, antioxidants, and vitamins, which can be obtained from external, nuts, seeds, fatty fish, and dark green leafy vegetables. This nutrition maintains brain cells and increases cognitive function.

2. Get enough sleep

Sufficient and quality sleep is essential for brain memory consolidation. During adequate and deep sleep, the brain will regulate and store information, and strengthen memory. Therefore, it is recommended to sleep for at least 7 hours every night.

3. Drink enough water

Dehydration can cause brain fog and difficulty concentrating. Drinking water is quite important to keep your brain cells hydrated, helping in focused thinking, and better memory. You can also add lemon juice or mint, to make body hydration good to the brain more refreshing and delicious.
