Eli Health Presents Hormone Testing With Hormometer On IPhone

JAKARTA - Eli Health introduces Hormometers, innovative devices that convert iPhones into real-time hormone analysis tools, utilizing users' saliva samples to provide more in-depth health insight.

Hormometers, introduced at CES 2025, allow users to perform hormone testing normally performed in laboratories, directly at home. The device uses a thin cartridge inserted into the mouth for one minute to collect saliva. The sample is processed in a closed bioassay that detects certain hormones through interaction with the capture agent. The results are in the form of a test line seen within 20 minutes.

The main advantage of the Hormometer is its sensitivity, which is claimed to be up to one million times higher than other home test kits. The analysis process is supported by iPhone cameras and companion applications that use AI algorithms to evaluate color intensity, pattern, and yield alignment.

At an early stage, the Hormometer can monitor the two main hormones:

Cortisol testing accuracy stands at 97%, while progesteron testing has an accuracy of 94%, when compared to the FDA-approved laboratory gold standard. Testing for testosterone and estradiol is also being developed.

The Eli Health app provides personalized trends and recommendations for managing hormonal imbalances. This allows users to understand their hormone patterns more deeply and take steps to improve health balance.

Hormometers will be available in the US and Canada from January 2025, with subscription fees starting from $8 per test for a 12-month commitment.

With this innovation, Eli Health takes hormone testing to new levels, making it more accessible and fast through integration with the iPhone.
