KPK Working On President Director Of PT Hutama Karya Budi Harto Regarding Allegations Of Corruption On The Trans Sumatra Toll Road

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned the President Director of PT Hutama Karya (Persero), Budi Harto today, Monday, January 6. He will be questioned as a witness to alleged corruption in land acquisition around the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS).

"The examination was carried out at the Red and White KPK Building," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardhika to reporters, Monday, January 6.

Apart from Budi Harto, there were 11 other witnesses who were summoned for questioning. They are Eka Setya Adrianto, Finance Director of PT Hutama Karya; Bintang Perbowo, Director of PT Hutama Karya for the 2018 period 2020; and Bambang Pramusinto, BUMN Employee (retired) Director of Toll Road PT Hutama Karya for the 2015'2019 period.

Then, Muhroni who is a VP of Finance of PT Hutama Karya (2018) (now); Sukidi, Private Employee/Outsourcing PT Hutama Karya (driver); and Achmad Yahya, retired; Ahmad Firdaus, private / Outsourced PT Wijaya Karya (Security).

Next, Ahmad Rifa was also summoned as an employee of PT ADIS (1997' now); Aliani Febriyanti Ramadhon, Housewife/Admin staff and Finance of PT Sanitandindo Tangsel Jaya (STJ) in 2018 2021; Nurul Adiniyati, Finance Staff at CV Bayuastri Kusuma (formerly Admin Staff and Finance of PT Sanitindo Tangsel Jaya in 2019 now); and Aryodhia Febriansya Szp, entrepreneur.

Previously reported, the KPK has named three suspects in the corruption case in land acquisition for the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) carried out by PT Hutama Karya (Persero) in 2018-2020. They are BP as the former President Director of PT Hutama Karya; former Head of the Division of PT Hutama Karya; and IZ from the private sector in the JTTS land acquisition corruption case.

It's just that the detention has not been carried out because it is waiting for the calculation of state losses by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP).

A suspect in this case, Iskandar Zulkarnaen has died. The KPK then decided to investigate allegations of corruption by focusing on asset recovery or recovering state losses.
