Crypto Regulations Mulai Ramah, Pengembang XRP Ripple Labs Buka Loker Besar-besaran Di AS

JAKARTA - After seeing signs of crypto regulation in the US that is starting to be friendly, Ripple Labs is increasingly recruiting new employees in the United States. The company's CEO, Brad Garlinghouse, recently announced that 75% of Ripple's job vacancies are now in the US, as well as more deals and partnerships created in the country after the November 2024 general election.

According to Garlinghouse, this change was largely driven by the pro-crypto rhetoric promoted by the Trump administration. Garlinghouse even mentioned that Trump's influence began to be felt, even before he officially served as US president for the second time.

In a post on X on January 5, 2025, Garlinghouse said that the US crypto sector will grow rapidly with the roles of a number of important figures such as Scott Bessent, David Sacks, and Paul Atkins who lead the Trump team. Although the Trump administration has not officially started working, many parties in the crypto industry are optimistic about the future of digital assets under a policy that is more friendly to this sector.

This optimism can also be seen in the views of industry executives, investors and developers who expect a more conducive regulatory climate for crypto. After the election, Ripple, known for its blockchain technology that allows transactions across countries at low and fast costs, is intensifying its partnerships with various parties in the US.

In fact, in the last six months, Ripple has signed more strategic partnerships in the United States than in the previous period. Ripple's efforts further confirmed its presence in the US in line with the increasingly friendly crypto regulation in Uncle Sam's country.
