Google Voice, An Old Platform Google Forgets This Year
JAKARTA The year will soon change and all updates in 2024 should have been expanded. Although Google continues to innovate this year, it's like they deliberately ignore Google Voice.
This year, the old product did not get any feature payments. In fact, Google is actively rolling out new features for its various products. The company also continues to innovate with the launch of an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based feature.
Google Voice was first introduced in 2009. This application is designed to present a number that can be used for life. However, the development of this application is not the surf that users want.
Google launched a fairly useful update in 2017, according to a 9to5google report, after holding back a five-year update. That year, Google presents a Material Design that improves the performance of its platform.
Shortly after the update was rolled out, Google stopped one of the features that had been popular, namely Hangouts. Even though it has been removed, Google Voice is still designed for personal purposes that year.
A year later, Google just re-designed and offered a special service for the company. Over the years, Google has focused on designing its apps for company purposes.

Last year, Google was still releasing an update to improve security, namely the spam warning. Unfortunately, the feature released is the last feature received by Google Voice users.
It's unclear why Google stopped providing feature updates this year. Most likely, this happens because Google is more focused on products or platforms that benefit the company.
With no new features released, users will be harmed because Google Voice gets money from the subscription package offered. Every month, users need to pay starting from 10 US dollars (IDR 161 thousand).
