Latest Survey: 74 Percent Of Indonesian People Ready To Live Healthy Life In 2025
JAKARTA - Towards the turn of the year, the latest survey initiated by health producer Herbalife found that 74 percent of Indonesians intend to establish health-related resolutions such as living a healthy lifestyle in 2025.
Based on this amount, the majority is 72 percent, planning to improve diet in order to increase energy and quality of sleep.
Vipada Sae-Lao, Nutrition Education and Training Lead Herbalife Asia Pacific emphasized the importance of establishing realistic and specific goals in carrying out health resolutions.
According to him, consistency has a bigger role than the intensity in building sustainable habits.
"Small changes made consistently can have a significant impact without putting too much pressure on it," he said as quoted by ANTARA.
This survey also revealed that maintaining a healthy diet is one of the main challenges. Although extreme diets are often considered attractive, the approach is considered to have long-term risks. Instead, people are advised to adopt a balanced diet, including protein, fruit, vegetables, healthy fats, and whole grains.

Another strategy to support healthy habits includes tracking progress through the fitness app and building a social support system. Sharing health targets with family and friends can help increase motivation and success opportunities.
Although vacations are often a moment where healthy diets are disturbed, many people remain enthusiastic about starting the new year with better habits.
"Eating healthy is not about perfection, but about consistency in choosing the best for our bodies," said one resource person.
Health resolution can be the first step for people to start 2025 with a healthier lifestyle. Simple steps, such as replacing white bread with wheat bread or increasing protein consumption, can be a start to optimal health.
