Discussing Preparations For Hajj, BP Haji Meets With Saudi Ministry Of Hajj

In order to discuss various preparations for organizing the Hajj, the Deputy Head of the Hajj Organizing Agency, Dahnil Anzar Simanjuntak, held a meeting with the Deputy for International Cooperation of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia, Hassan Bin Yahya Al Manakrah.

To Hassan, Dahnil explained about the role of BP Haji who will take full responsibility for organizing the Hajj in 2026. In 2025, the Ministry of Religion will still act as the operator of the Hajj.

"We have long discussions regarding the role of BP Haji which will handle the full implementation in 2026. This information is important for us to convey to the Hajj authorities in Saudi Arabia, because it is directly related to the partnership scheme and cooperation between the two countries," Dahnil said, quoted from ANTARA, Thursday, December 26.

On this occasion, Dahnil also emphasized the importance of organizing Hajj which prioritizes the principles of EMAN, namely Efficient, Safe, and Comfortable.

According to him, this principle is the main basis for BP Haji in ensuring that prospective pilgrims get the best service in every aspect of the implementation.

"Operational efficiency, congregational security, and comfort in worship are our top priority," said Dahnil.

Meanwhile, Deputy for International Cooperation of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia Hassan Bin Yahya Al Manakrah expressed his full commitment and support for organizing the pilgrimage, especially in providing the best service for Indonesian pilgrims.

He also expressed his hope that Indonesia would immediately accelerate the process of preparing for the implementation of Hajj in the country, especially regarding the ordering of various services in Saudi Arabia.

"Preparations such as accommodation, transportation, hotel congregants, consumption, and other services are very important to be optimized in order to provide the best experience for pilgrims," said Hassan.

In addition to discussing strategic support, this meeting is also an opportunity to ensure all services run smoothly. Both parties agreed to continue to strengthen cooperation in order to provide a safe and comfortable worship experience for Indonesian pilgrims.

With this joint commitment, the preparation of the 2025 Hajj is expected to run better, as well as become the basis for BP Hajj's full role in organizing the Hajj in 2026.
