Mukomuko Regent's Decree Will Be Issued Soon, Village Head In Pondok Suguh Subdistrict Infidelity Will Be Fired
BENGKULU - Mukomuko Regency Government (Pemkab) immediately issued a regent's decree regarding the dismissal of a village head (kades) in Pondok Suguh District who was reported to be having an affair with a married woman.
"The official memorandum and the draft decree have signed the head of the service, today it remains only to raise it to the legal department," said the Head of the Village and Sub-district Government Division of the Mukomuko Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service, Wagimin in his statement at Mukomuko, Tuesday, December 24, as reported by Antara.
The Mukomuko Regency Government (Pemkab) through the Community and Village Empowerment Service previously received a proposal letter for the dismissal of a village head in Pondok Suguh District who had an affair from the village and community deliberation agency (BPD).
Then the BPD member in the Pondok Suguh sub-district made a letter of proposal for the dismissal of the village head based on the results of his meeting with the community and then stated it in the minutes.
Furthermore, he said, the dismissal of the cheating village head was waiting for the issuance of the Mukomuko Regent's Decree.
Head of Pondok Sub-district, Suguh Rustam Efendi, said that the actions of the village head who acted inappropriately were one of the triggers for a number of women to hold an action at the village office while sealing the village head's room.
"The name of the residents, after finding out that the village head was cheating, they wanted them to stop at that time, even though they had to go through a process," he said.

Regarding this problem, he said, his party together with BPD, village institutions, and the community had held a meeting two weeks ago.
He said that the results of the BPD meeting together with village institutions, and the public, known to the sub-district, had been submitted to the regent through the regional secretary.
Meanwhile, he said, based on the information he received, this case emerged after an individual village head was allegedly caught red-handed by a local resident along with a woman who was not his muhrim, then the village head was taken to the nearest police station.
