In Southeast Asia, during the promo week and discounted National Online Shopping Day (Harbolnas) 12.12, AI La senjalan managed to increase the number of unique visitors into the application. This increase reached 76 percent through La34ChatHunt.

Lazada said that this game managed to achieve 6 million engagements, up two times compared to the Lazada 11.11 discount party. Lazada also managed to significantly increase proactive interactions thanks to AI Laploy.

"Lazada also recorded an increase of 46 percent in proactive interactions with AI Lakhali during the 12.12 event, with more than 15 percent proactively interacting to find the best offer and receive recommendations for personalized products," Lazada said.

In a research entitled Artificial Intelligence Operation in eCommerce in SEA jointly created with Kantar, Lazada revealed that 53 percent of Indonesians feel an increase in shopping experience thanks to AI.

"And 96 percent believe AI is able to recommend the most relevant products for them," Lazada added. These findings show that public interest in AI is getting higher, including in e-commerce.
