Police In Nagan Raya Aceh Arrest Bang Jago UM Who Stabbed His Own Neighbor

NAGAN RAYA - personnel from the Nagan Raya Police Satreskrim, Aceh, arrested UM (43), a resident of Blang Baro Village, Kuala District, for allegedly stabbing TG (50). The victim is a neighbor of the perpetrator.

"The perpetrator has been arrested, now we are still investigating to find out his motive for committing a crime," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Nagan Raya Aceh Police, Iptu Vitra Ramadani to reporters in Nagan Raya, Antara, Sunday, December 22.

Vitra explained that the stabbing carried out by UM occurred on Saturday morning at around 09.30 WIB.

As a result of the incident, the victim TG suffered a stab wound to the left back of the shoulder, the left face hit the ear, the left hand hit the finger.

Then the victim's ring finger and middle finger also almost broke until the right hand of the middle finger.

Vitra Ramadani explained, the chronology of the stabbing began when the victim's child with the initials CA (23) was washing clothes while hearing music at home. Then suddenly, CA heard a loud sound from the roof of his house.

Then the UM perpetrator came to the victim's house, and a neighbor who saw the perpetrator carrying a sword went to the victim's house, asking the victim's child CA to lock the door of the house in the hope that the perpetrator would not enter the house.

At that time, the victim's child saw the perpetrator UM swinging a sword at his father until he was seriously injured.

After carrying out the stabbing, the UM perpetrator tried to escape and the victim was left lying in front of the house.

"Koban was taken to the SIM Nagan Raya Hospital, and immediately referred to Zaenal Abidin Hospital Banda Aceh," said Vitra Ramadani.

Until now, the police are still trying to investigate the case, to determine the motive.
