BPK's Findings About Allegations Of Corruption In The New Bima Grand Mosque Project Are Just Researched By The NTB Prosecutor's Office
The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) said it was conducting a study on the alleged corruption case of the Great Mosque construction project in Bima Regency.
"In accordance with what was conveyed by Mrs. Kajati NTB, this case is still in the process of being studied," said Spokesperson for the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Efrien Saputera in Mataram, Friday, December 20, as quoted by Antara.
Efrien explained that the review process was a follow-up to the results of the coordination and supervision (corsup) of the NTB Prosecutor's Office with the Coordination and Supervision Task Force (Korsup) Region V of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
"So, we have never received the delegation of cases from the KPK, but a few months ago friends from the KPK corsup came to coordinate at the NTB Prosecutor's Office regarding legal issues in NTB, including the issue of the Grand Mosque in Bima Regency," he said.

Previously, Kajati NTB Enen Saribanon said that the review process was suspected of corruption in the Bima Grand Mosque construction project to first see the elements of unlawful acts in the project work.
Although it is known, this alleged corruption emerged based on the results of the investigation conducted by the NTB Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) after reports from the public. From the results of Mr. examination, it was found that a budget deviation of Rp. 8.4 billion was found.
The work of this physical project was revealed by the results of operational cooperation (KSO) between PT Brahmakerta Adiwira and PT Budimas. The work budget reaches IDR 78 billion.
"God willing, in 2025 if there is (an act against the law), it can be increased, it will be our priority," said Enen.
