Celebrity In Drug Rehab, Celebrity Chandrika Chika Involved In Persecution At SCBD Sudirman

JAKARTA - Celebgram Chandrika Chika was reported to the South Jakarta Metro Police on suspicion of mistreatment of a student named Yuliana Byun (19) at a nightclub in the Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD) area, South Jakarta, Saturday, December 14, at 04.30 WIB.

Based on information, Chandrika Chika and Yuliana got into a fight after making eye to each other.

"It happened at 04.30 WIB. In the afternoon, I immediately made a report," said Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Nurma Dewi to reporters at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday, December 19.

When asked whether the victim and the perpetrator were affected by alcohol, Nurma admitted that she could not convey this because it was still being investigated.

He only confirmed that the victim suffered injuries to several parts of his face. But to be sure about the wound, it is still waiting for the results of the post-mortem.

"The victim has had a post-mortem. (But) I'm still waiting for the results. What is certain is that he (the victim) has had a post-mortem," he said.

Not long ago, Chandrika Chika had time to deal with the police over a drug case with his friends in the Setibudi area, Kuningan, South Jakarta, Monday night, April 23, 2024.

Then the police named Chika and her friends as suspects. He was charged with Article 127 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.

However, Chika was not detained, but was taken to Libido, Sukabumi, West Java, for three months of rehabilitation.

Nurma said that Chika had undergone rehebility and had been free from punishment. He only served for three months or until June 2024.

"Not detained. In a rehabilitation place. Anyway, it's in rehab. It's done. His legal status failed or disappeared," he concluded.
