KKB Spread Terror, Teachers And Medical Personnel Evacuated From Beoga To Timika
JAKARTA - A total of six people from Beoga, Puncak Regency, Papua, were evacuated to Timika using Smart Air's aircraft.
"It is true that there were six civilians who were flown to Timika at around 15:10 east Indonesia time," Beoga Police Chief, Insp. Ali Akbar said, as quoted by Antara on Wednesday, April 14.
The six residents who were evacuated were teachers and medical personnel and their toddlers.
He evacuated the six people to relieve the trauma of the incident they experienced the impact of the shooting of two teachers by an armed criminal group (KKB).
"The six residents who were evacuated consisted of two teachers, two sisters, and two children and students," said Ipda Ali Akbar, claiming the plane was not carrying foodstuffs.
Meanwhile, one of the residents named Maria, said the food supply is running low, especially rice so that they reduce their consumption.

"Most importantly there is still food even though it is very limited," said Maria who hopes to be out of Beoga soon to calm down temporarily.
"I really hope to be evacuated out of Beoga for a while," said Maria who claimed to work as a contract worker.
KKB had earlier shot two teachers to death in Beoga, Oktovianus Rayo, who was shot Thursday, April 8, and Yonatan Renden, who was shot Friday, April 9.
