Find Fictitious Stamps, Search Of The Jakarta Cultural Service Office For Corruption Of IDR 150 Billion
JAKARTA - The Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) searched the offices of the Jakarta Special Region Culture Office. The search was related to the investigation of alleged corruption in the form of irregularities in activity funds worth Rp150 billion.
"The search and confiscation of the handling of cases of alleged corruption in the form of irregularities in activities at the Jakarta Special Regional Provincial Culture Office," said Head of the Legal Information Section of the Jakarta Prosecutor's Office, Syahroni Hasibuan, Wednesday, December 18.
The basis for the raid is the alleged irregularity of activity funds sourced from the Budget of the Jakarta Special Regional Provincial Culture Office for the 2023 fiscal year with an activity value of approximately Rp150 billion.
In handling the alleged corruption, not only the offices of the Jakarta Special Region Culture Office were searched. However, there are four other locations, namely, the GR-Pro EO Office and three ASN residential houses, two of which are in Kebon Jeruk and one in Matraman.

From the searches at the five locations, investigators confiscated a number of pieces of evidence, ranging from electronic goods to cash.
However, regarding the amount of money and the location of the confiscation, Syahroni has not explained in detail. This is because the investigation is still ongoing.
"The confiscation of several units of laptops, cellphones, PCs, flash drives for forensic analysis was also confiscated, several other important documents and files were confiscated," said Syahroni.
