Search The Head Of The DKI Culture Office, The Prosecutor's Office Finds Fake Stations Of Activities
JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) found a fake stamp suspected of deviating funds at the DKI Jakarta Culture Service office located at Jalan Gatot Subroto, Kuningan Timur, Setiabudi, South Jakarta.
"Stamps are used to be held accountable for the implementation of activities. For example, art studio stamps, MSME stamps," said Kasipenkum of the DKI Jakarta Attorney General's Office, Syahron Hasibuan, as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, December 18. Syahron said the fictitious stamp was used as a report on activities that were not in fact in accordance with the implementation in the field.
He explained that at first the purpose of using the stamp was so that the Jakarta Provincial Culture Service budget could be disbursed. However, it turned out that the stamp was fake that was misused.
The DKI Jakarta Prosecutor's Office suspects that there is a loss of more than IDR 150 billion based on the value of activities in the Jakarta Provincial Culture Service Budget document.
"The value of the activity is more than Rp. 150 billion. We are asking for an audit by BPKP/BPK," he said.
Now, investigators from the DKI Prosecutor's Office have raised the case to the investigation stage according to the order number PRINT- 5071/M.1/Fd.1/12/2024 dated December 17, 2024.

The DKI Prosecutor's Office conducted searches in five places related to the fund irregularities, namely the DKI Jakarta Provincial Culture Office, Jalan Gatot Subroto Number 12-14-15, Kuningan Timur, Setiabudi, South Jakarta; The EO GR-Pro office on Jalan Duren 3, South Jakarta.
The search was also carried out at the residence of Jalan H. Raisan Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta; the residence of Jalan Kemuning Matraman, East Jakarta, and the residence of Jalan Zakaria, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta.
"And, several other important documents and files to make light of criminal events and improvement of evidence in the a quo case," he explained.
