The Case Of Doctor Koas Persecuted, Members Of The House Of Representatives Remind ASN To Take Care Of The Family's Attitude So That It's Not Like Mario Dandy
JAKARTA - Member of Commission II of the DPR Ahmad Irawan highlighted the case of mistreatment of a koas doctor named Muhammad Luthfi in Palembang by the family of his colleague Lady Aulia Pramesti who came from among government officials.
He hopes that cases like this will be used as a lesson for every state administrator.
"To the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), especially to its officials, we must realize that we will always be in the public spotlight, including the family. It is appropriate and inappropriate to be a measuring tool for the public in assessing us," said Ahmad Irawan, Wednesday, December 18.
The Golkar legislator for the East Java V electoral district hopes that incidents like this will not happen again in the future. Like the case of a child of a tax employee who was arrested by the KPK, Mario Dandy.
Mario Dandy's case of violence against his friend caused netizens to swallow his luxurious family life.
Netizens' unrest then led to the disclosure of the gratification case of Mario Dandy's father, Rafael Alun, who is a former echelon III official at the Directorate General of Taxes at the Ministry of Finance.
"Hopefully a similar incident will not happen again. Maybe we are reminded of the previous Mario Dandy case that spread everywhere," said Irawan.
Regarding the case of violence perpetrated by the Lady family driver, Irawan supports the legal process to be carried out according to procedures.
"Conducting persecution and acts of violence for whatever reason cannot be justified. I encourage the perpetrators to apologize and be responsible for their actions," said the member of the Legislation Body (Baleg) of the DPR.

Even so, Irawan encouraged that the settlement of cases could be carried out by restorative justice. The restorative justice is an approach to resolving legal conflicts by holding mediation between the victim and the defendant.
"If this problem can be resolved amicably (restorative justice), then it will be better. I hope the police can facilitate these efforts," concluded Irawan.
The case of mistreatment of Luthfi was triggered by a schedule for guarding the Koas doctor at the Siti Fatimah Regional General Hospital, Palembang, South Sumatra. Lady, who is a co-worker of Luthfi, did not agree because she received a picket schedule on New Year's Eve.
Lady finally complained about the matter to her mother, SM, who arranged a meeting with Luthfi to discuss the picket schedule, but no agreement was made. The meeting ended with a beating by Fadilla alias DT (37) who was the driver of the Lady family.
As a result of the abuse, Luthfi suffered bruises on his face and head. The police have also named the suspect to the perpetrator of the beating. In the aftermath of this case, the public highlighted the arrogant attitude of the Lady family.
Even the Lady family's wealth is also a concern considering her father's status, Dedy Mandarsyah, as Head of the West Kalimantan National Road Implementation Agency (BPJN). Even the KPK stated that it would explore Dedy Mandarsyah's assets, which were considered to have anomalies in its State Administrators Wealth Report (LHKPN).
The KPK will also summon Dedy Mandarsyah in the next two weeks. In addition, Dedy Mandarsyah was mentioned when the KPK held a hand arrest operation (OTT) at the East Kalimantan National Road Implementation Center (BBPJN) in 2023, thus making the KPK stronger to deepen Dedy's wealth of Rp 9.4 billion.
