BCA Announces Djohan Emir Setijoso's Resignation From President Commissioner
JAKARTA - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) announced the resignation of Djohan Emir Setijoso from his position as President Commissioner of BCA.
Quoted from the disclosure of information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, it is known that BCA has received Djoha's resignation letter on Monday, December 16.
"The resignation will be submitted to obtain a decision at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders which will be held in 2025," the management wrote, quoted on Tuesday, December 17.
The company also said that the impact of Djohan Emir's resignation had no impact on the Company's business continuity.
