Highlighting The Case Of The Son Of The Boss Of Roti Aniaya Employee, DPR To The East Jakarta Police Chief: Don't Be Selective In Cases
JAKARTA - Member of Commission III of the DPR from the Golkar faction, Inspector General (Ret.) Rikwanto asked the East Jakarta Police Chief Kombes Pol. Nicolas Ary Lilipaly to seriously handle the case of the son of the bakery boss in Cakung, his employee Dwi Ayu Darmawati (DAD). He also asked the victim to be assisted in getting legal justice.
According to the former Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, the case of persecution that was only processed after two months was reported should be a correction for the Police. He reminded the Police not to be selective in handling a case.
"This is just a correction to the East Jakarta (Polres) and in all, members of the Police should not be picky in handling cases," said Rikwanto in the RDP at Commission III of the DPR, Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday, December 17.
"Don't wait until my principle is handled more quickly, it is revealed because everything is still fresh for too long, there is a distortion, especially when someone comes, my friend, my friend, please help, sir," he continued.
Rikwanto also asked the East Jakarta Police to help Dwi Ayu find a lawyer who asked for money and ordered his family to sell motorbikes to handle this persecution case.
"Well, the solution is even worse, it's a pity that this victim, let alone lost his motorbike, has fallen down the stairs, cheated too," he said.
"Perhaps the Chief of Police is willing to go back to the missing motorbike so that he looks for the culprit or how the Chief of Police will tell his members again so that they are even more persistent in handling the reported cases," concluded Rikwanto.

"Then finally I changed my mother to a lawyer. There was the second lawyer. The problem is, if I ask about how it will go, he always answers, is being processed, he is being processed. So every time he has information, always comes home and asks for money, and asks my mother to sell motorbikes," said Dwi when complaining to the DPR, Tuesday, December 17.
"The only motorbike. Abis sold the motorbike, I was wondering, it couldn't be contacted anymore, ghosting (disappeared, ed)," he continued.
Finally, added Dwi, his party was contacted by a person named John and given legal assistance. Until finally this case can be handled by the police.
"Finally, I was contacted by Mr. Jhon. I was also given assistance by Bang Jhon working at the Hi-Fi company. I was also lectured at the best university in Jakarta until I graduated. Until yesterday I was arrested," said Dwi.
