Israeli Settlements Publish AI Image Suspected Of Being A Temple On Al Aqsa Mosque Ruins
JAKARTA - The Israeli settlers' group published a modified image with artificial intelligence (AI), simulating the construction of a temple thought to be above the ruins of the Al Aqsa Mosque in the occupied Jerusalem City.
Local sources said the "Temple Mount" group today published images of AI showing the alleged temple above the Al Aqsa ruins accompanied by the phrase: "Building a temple closer than ever," quoted from WAFA Dec. 16.
Previously, the far-right settlers had published modified video clips using AI on their social media accounts, showing a huge fire in the Dome of the Rock and inside the walls of Al Aqsa Mosque and its surroundings, and accompanying the video with the phrase: "Obviously winning" and then re-published the video and commenting with the phrase: "Immediately in these days".
This coincides with the "Hanukkah" holiday at the end of this month, where Al-Aqsa was the target of a violation, especially attempts to bring the menorah (candil) into Al Aqsa or light candles, as happened at the same commemoration last year.
It is known, since the latest conflict in the Gaza Strip broke out on October 7, 2023, the Al Aqsa Mosque has experienced unprecedented aggression, including attempts to change the status quo there by surrounding it, removing its guards, opening the door to the colonial invasion.
