PDIP Party Claims The Board That Injected With Nusantara Vaccine In RSPAD Is Based On Personal Initiative
JAKARTA - The chairman of Commission IX of the House of Representatives (DPR) and a number of board members visited the Army Central Hospital (RSPAD) Gatot Soebroto, Wednesday, April 15, to receive the Nusantara vaccine injection in phase II clinical trial.
In response, Vice Chairman of Commission IX of the House of Representatives Charles Honoris asserted, his party never agreed collectively to follow this type of vaccination.
"The existence of the chairman or members of Commission IX who follow the vaccination, it is done personally and does not represent Commission IX of the House of Representatives", said Charles, Wednesday, April 15.
Charles revealed that he did not participate in the group because Commission IX of PDIP Party of DPR RI collectively did not follow the vaccination of Vaksin Nusantara.
"This is in accordance with the direction conveyed by the president that clinical trials of vaccines should be conducted in accordance with applicable rules and scientific rules", Charles said.

In line with Charles, a member of Commission IX of the House of Representatives Saleh Partaonan Daulay also did not participate in the activities at RSPAD which took place starting at 10.00 a.m. local time.
Saleh claimed there had been discussions in the commission for such purposes. However, because he had been injected with the Sinovac vaccine twice, he did not participate in the group to RSPAD.
"I was invited but I've had the Sinovac vaccine twice", he said. He also confirmed that some of his colleagues in the commission will visit the Army Central Hospital (RSPAD) Gatot Soebroto, Jakarta, Wednesday, April 14.
However, he did not know for sure whether the arrival of the House health commission to RSPAD at 10.00 a.m. was voluntarily to be injected with the Nusantara vaccine in phase II clinical trials or just controlled the course of vaccine development by the former Menkes Terawan Putranto.
"I don't know, I'm not the promoter", explained the PAN Party politician.
