34 Indonesian Citizens From Syria Have Been Evacuated To Indonesia, 3 Others Following

TANGERANG - A total of 34 Indonesian citizens (WNI) have been evacuated from Syria to their homeland. Following, there were three other Indonesian citizens who arrived in Indonesia at 21.25 WIB.

Based on data, 37 Indonesian citizens were evacuated to Indonesia. In the process carried out in three stages.

"The first two flights this afternoon have arrived as many as 32 Indonesian citizens and two companions via Soetta International Airport," said Director of Protection for Indonesian Citizens and BHI of the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Judha Nugraha to reporters, Thursday, December 12.

Judha explained that in the evacuation process for 37 Indonesian citizens, it was carried out with three stages, for the first stage as many as 22 people were repatriated by air from Damascus using Qatar Airways QR6381 Doha-Jakarta, which arrived at 14:45 WIB.

Then in the second stage, followed by 12 people via Qatar Airways QR956 on the Doha-Jekarta route at 15.10 WIB via Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Tangerang, Banten.

Furthermore, the evacuation process was carried out on three Indonesian citizens who would arrive in Indonesia on Thursday night.
