AC Milan Reports Christian Pulisic Robek Muscle Betis, Absent Until January

JAKARTA - AC Milan midfielder from the United States, Christian Pulisic, reportedly suffered a muscle tear in his right calf.

The news was immediately conveyed by the Serie A club on Monday, December 9, 2024, after the midfielder underwent MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging). Pulisic is predicted to be absent until January 2025.

Christian Pulisic picked up an injury in the first half when AC Milan lost 1-2 against Atalanta on Saturday, December 7, 2024.

AC Milan said the 26-year-old midfielder will undergo MRI again in the next week.

Pulisic has been one of the top Rossoneri players of the season with five goals and four assists in Serie A. He has also scored three goals in the 2024/2025 Champions League.

The midfielder is expected to return for the Italian Super Cup semifinal match (Supercoppa Italiana) against Juventus in Saudi Arabia on January 4, 2025.

Fortunately, the United States national team will not play an official match until they face Panama in the semifinals of the 2024/2025 Concaf Nations League on March 20, 2025.
