Elected By Aklamation, Anis Matta Returns To Lead The 2024-2029 Indonesian Gelora Party
JAKARTA - Anis Matta was elected by acclamation as Chairman of the Indonesian People's Wave Party (Gelora) for the second term, the term of service for the 2024-2029 period.
The decision was taken at the National Conference (Munas) I of the Indonesian Gelora Party of Indonesia which was held at the Patra Kuningan Poletel, Jakarta, Sunday, December 8.
The National Conference was led by the Chairman of the National Requirement Council (MPN) KH Ahmad Muzhafar Jufri, accompanied by Secretary MPN Handoyo Prihantanto, as well as deputy chairmen of MPN Musyafa Ahmad Rahim, Ridwan Thalib and Ina Saleha.
Anis Matta, who is the sole candidate for chairman of the Gelora Party, was finally elected by acclamation by all National Conference participants.
"Can the forum approve to choose and appoint Haji Muhammad Anis Matta as Chairman of the Indonesian Gelora Party for the 2024-2029 period," asked Handoyo Prihantanto as Chair of the Session.
Then all the National Conference participants who came from the MPN, MP, DPN and DPW administrators answered compactly. "Agree" ...!
Furthermore, Anis Matta was asked to form a management to carry out the leadership mandate in the Gelora Party and confirm it in state documents in accordance with the regulations.
National Conference I of the Gelora Party also ratified the new party's Articles of Association (AD) / Household Budget (ART). This amendment to the AD / ART was carried out to anticipate the development of the dynamics of the state and globally.
"In general, the consideration in making AD/ART is that we don't want to be separated from the rules that we make ourselves. This party must be agile and can continue to move, so it is necessary to change the AD/ART set through the National Conference," said Handoyo.
Anis Matta expressed her gratitude to all participants of National Conference I who still trusted her as the sole formatur to lead and draw up the management of the upcoming Gelora Partai.
"Because of Munas' decision as a collective decision, I once again ask you to continue to be together and fully collaborate to make the aspirations of the struggle a success, which is the reason for the birth and establishment of the Gelora Party," he said.
Anis Matta mengatakan, dalam kepengurusan yang baru Periode 2024-2029, akan dilakukan perubahan total struktur organisasi Partai Gelora, serta pembentukan organisasi wing pendukung.
"We will soon change the names of DPN leaders to DPP. Meanwhile, MPN and the Party Court, which have been separate institutions, will be merged in the DPP," he said.
According to Anis Matta, the management at the Central Leadership Council (DPP) of the Gelora Party will increase. The filling of names in the DPP management structure will be completed before Nataru 2024/2025.
"So we are trying to solve everything before Nataru, so that later it will be just an administrative work for the preparation of AD/ART. And God willing, on January 7, 2025, the new management preparation will be submitted to the Ministry of Law to be registered," said Anis Matta.
National Conference I and the Special National Coordination Meeting for MPN, MP, DPN and DPW of the Gelora Party which was held on Saturday-Sunday (7-8/12/2024), apart from being attended by Anis Matta, General Secretary Mahfuz Sidik, Deputy General Chair Fahri Hamzah, and General Treasurer Achmad Rilyadi were also present.
Then, all MPN, MP and DPN administrators, as well as 38 Chairmans of the Regional Leadership Council (DPW) of the Gelora Party throughout Indonesia were also present.
