BOGOR - A tragic case involving police officers killing his biological mother shocked residents of Bogor Regency, West Java. Aipda Nikson Pangaribuan alias Ucok (41) was reported to have abused his mother, Herlina Sianipar (61), to death in Cibereum Village, Dayeuh Village, Cileungsi District. The location of the incident occurred on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at around 21.30 WIB, at a shop owned by the victim located in Dayeuh Village, Cileungsi, Bogor.
The Head of Victim Was Hit by a Gas Cylinder Based on witness testimony, the perpetrator had an argument with his mother. In an emotional condition, Aipda Nikson allegedly pushed his mother to the floor. Then, he took a 3-kilogram LPG gas cylinder and hit his mother's head three times.
The perpetrator fled After hitting his mother until she was bleeding, Aipda Nikson fled in a pickup. Meanwhile, local residents took Herlina to Kenari Hospital, but the victim had died.
The perpetrator was arrested by Aipda Nikson and finally arrested by the police around the highway in front of the Hermina Cileungsi Hospital, after making a fuss at a coffee shop. The perpetrator was then taken to the Bogor Police Station and detained. The police also confiscated evidence in the form of LPG gas cylinders used by the perpetrators.
The perpetrator was dealt with firmly by the Bogor Police Chief, AKBP Rio Wahyu Anggoro, stating that the perpetrator would be dealt with firmly for his actions. "We will take firm action and investigate transparently, especially when this concerns the biological mother," said Rio.
The perpetrator was charged with the murder of Aipda Nikson charged with Article 351 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code or Article 338 of the Criminal Code related to murder. He faces up to 15 years in prison. In addition, he will also be tried for ethics at the Propam Polda Metro Jaya.
This case has attracted public attention considering that the perpetrator is a member of the police who abused his biological mother with extraordinary violence.
