He did not explain in detail the names of the officials and former officials who were included in the examination agenda as witnesses.

However, he said that the witnesses included the Head of Central Lombok CoFenda and the previous former official, considering that these allegations of corruption emerged in the 2019-2023 period.

"Yes, (the position of head of CoFenda) is currently and before. 'This (suspected corruption) is 2019-2023," he said.

For the agenda of other witnesses, Bratha chose not to reveal it first to the public. He only ensured that the examination of witnesses to all relevant parties remained on the agenda.

Including the PT PLN (Persero) which deposited a road lighting tax to the Central Lombok Coupenda.

"Indeed, the flow is from PLN to CoFenda. We are still investigating whether it has been distributed by SOP, whether there are delays or others, we are still investigating it," he said.

Dalam tahap penyidikan ini jaksa turut melibatkan ahli, baik dari auditor kerugian keuangan negara maupun pidana.
