Cak Lontong Claims Dharma Pongrekun Congratulates Pramono-Rano About The Results Of The Jakarta Regional Election

JAKARTA - The head of the winning team for the Jakarta cagub-cawagub pair number 3 Pramono Anung-Rano Karno, Lies Hartono or Cak Lontong, claimed that cagub number 2, Dharma Pongrekun, had congratulated his candidate pairs.

Dharma, continued Cak Lontong, had congratulated the results of the vote in the Jakarta Pilkada. Where, Pramono-Rano's team announced that they had won the election with a vote of 50.07 percent.

"We are grateful because the pair 02 has also congratulated us. Mr. Dharma Pongrekun has also stated," said Cak Lontong at the Pramono-Rano winning house, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Friday, November 29.

Therefore, Cak Lontong hopes that all parties will receive the results of the votes, including other Jakarta cagub-cawagub pairs.

"Because we have a good contest and this is a contest, of course there are winners, there are losers. We will respond wisely and we hope that everyone will also secure it wisely," said Cak Lontong.

Confirmed separately, Dharma denied that he had congratulated Pramono-Rano for the vote acquisition which was claimed to have won the PDIP support candidate.

"It's not true at all," said Dharma in a short message.

On Thursday, November 28, Pramono Anung-Rano Karno declared a victory in the Jakarta gubernatorial election in one round. The Pramono-Rano team has completed the calculation of C1 sheets or vote recapitulation of up to 100 percent of polling stations (TPS) in Jakarta internally. As a result, Pramono-Rano received 2,183,577 votes.

"We can convey that the candidate pair number 3, Mas Pram and Bang Doel have won the DKI Jakarta gubernatorial election contest in one round with 50.07 percent," Pramono said at his residence, South Jakarta, Thursday, November 28.

Based on the provisions of Law Number 29 of 2007 concerning the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and with Law Number 2 of 2024 concerning Special Regions of Jakarta (DKJ), the Governor and Deputy Governor of DKJ were directly elected through regional head elections with 50 percent plus 1 vote.

Pramono emphasized that he and Rano (Doel) had exceeded the minimum votes to win the Jakarta gubernatorial election in one round.

"Thus, we get 50 percent plus 2,943 votes. One vote means a lot in the election for the Governor of Jakarta this time," said Pramono.

The Pramono-Rano team also revealed the results of the votes acquired by other pairs of candidates which were also calculated internally by them. Cagub-cawagub number 1, Ridwan Kamil-Suswono is said to have obtained 1,718,408 votes or the same as 39.40 percent. Then, cagub-cawagub number 2, Dharma Pongrekun-Kun Wardana by 459,283 votes or 10.53 percent.
