Digital Bank SeaBank Launches Cash Deposit And Withdraw Service In Indomaret

JAKARTA - As one of the digital banks in Indonesia, Seabank announced the launch of the Deposit and Withdraw Cash service through the nearest Indomaret or SeaBank Branch Office (KC).

President Director of PT. Bank Seabank Indonesia (SeaBank) Sasmaya Tuhuleley said that the SeaBank deposit and cash withdrawal service was here to answer the needs of customers who want to save or withdraw cash funds.

"The launch of deposit services and cash withdrawals is proof that we listen to customers' needs, as well as SeaBank's commitment to continue to innovate to serve customers," said Sasmaya.

The minimum transaction deposit at Indomaret is IDR 50,000 with a maximum deposit of IDR 1,000,000 and a maximum transaction per day of IDR 10,000.

The admin fee for cash deposit services is IDR 5,000 per transaction, but during the promotion period, customers can enjoy a free quota three times.

As for the SeaBank cash withdrawal in Indomaret, the minimum limit for customers to withdraw is IDR 50,000 and the maximum withdrawal limit is IDR 1,000,000, with a maximum transaction per day of IDR 5,000 and an admin fee per transaction of IDR 5,000.

Just like cash deposits, customers can enjoy a free quota three times for cash withdrawals during the promotion period.

For SeaBank withdrawals and cash deposits at the branch office (KC), withdrawals and cash deposits can be made at a minimum nominal of IDR 100,000 and without being charged with admin fees.

For withdrawals with a nominal value above Rp. 100,000, customers need to inform the branch office 1 day earlier.
