Waskita Karya Working On 12 Projects At IKN, Value Reaches IDR 8.1 Trillion

JAKARTA - PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT) is working on 12 projects in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) as of October 2024. The total value of the 12 projects reached IDR 8.1 trillion.

Waskita Karya President Director Muhammad Hanugroho said the Package 3 State Secretariat Building project was one of the projects with a contract value of IDR 1.6 trillion.

The man who akrap called Oho said that the progress of the construction of the State Secretariat Building had reached 95.4 percent. WSKT targets the project to be completed in January 2025.

Then, there is also the IKN Segment 5A (Balang Island) Toll Road project with a contract value of IDR 1.2 trillion. The progress of the toll road construction has reached 96.8 percent.

Next, there is the ASN 3 flat project with a value of IDR 1.1 trillion. The progress of this project has reached 81.4 percent.

Then, there is also the Coordinating Ministry Building for Coordinator 4 amounting to Rp874 billion, which progress reaches 94.3 percent and Jalan Feeder District IKN worth Rp660 billion with progress reaching 89 percent.

"Currently, the progress of four of the five large IKN projects is already above 90 percent. Waskita is committed to completing all IKN projects on time so that they can function immediately," Oho said in a Public Expose at the Waskita Heritage Building, Jakarta, Tuesday, November 26.

Meanwhile, Oho added that WSKT has built as many as 88 National Strategic Projects (PSN) in the last 10 years. The details, as many as 65 PSN have been completed and 23 PSN are still ongoing.

"Through investment in 18 toll roads, Waskita has contributed more than 800 km long of toll roads that have been operating or 40 percent of the additional toll roads operating since 2016," he said.
