Google Launches Live Search Link On Web Page
JAKARTA Google added a new unique feature to its search application. With this new feature, some keywords on the website will directly direct users to search results on Google Search.
Found first by Soreundtable, this feature can convert multiple texts on the website into a hyperlink link. When the text is taped, Google Search results will immediately appear in in-app mode or floating window in the app.
On the Google Help Center page, one of its employees explained that this new feature is called Page Annotation. To display this feature, Google extracts interesting information from an entity called Google Knowledge Graph, then highlighted in the line.
"When a user clicks on a highlighted entity, the application balance will open, so you can easily find out more information, just when curiosity appears," Google said.

According to Google, the Page Annotation feature is a quick way to get additional contexts about many things, from people, places, or objects. The goal remains the same, namely fast access to information without the need to leave the platform.
"You can easily shift to close the application balance and you will return to the page where you started. Web publishers can select the website they manage to exit this feature by sending this form," Google explained.
For now, the Page Annotation feature to access additional information on Google Search is only available for Google apps on iOS. Google has not explained when this feature will be extended to their application on Android devices.
