KPK Finds Alleged Money Supply Flowed To Fictitious Foundation In NTB

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) revealed its findings regarding the management of the main ideas (pokir) of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial DPRD. It is suspected that there was abuse that prevented the local community from enjoying the benefits.

The findings say that the counterfeit money was misused and even channeled to a fictitious foundation.

"The point of view of the DPRD is designed to accommodate the aspirations of the people. However, in practice, we found a number of violations, such as an unclear grant of money, a fictitious foundation, and indications of fees or ijon practices," said Dian in an official statement from the institution quoted Monday, November 25.

This condition, called Dian, has deviated from Permendagri Number 86 of 2017. "Also open the gap for corruption," he said.

Then, the KPK also found irregularities in the pokir in the Mataram City DPRD. Dian detailed these findings, including those related to proposals that were not in accordance with procedures, changes after the discussion of the budget to the distribution of money grants to foundations whose legality was not clear.
