Bantul Trials Nutritious Lunch Program In Several Schools
BANTUL - The Youth and Sports Education Office of Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region, collaborated with third parties to conduct trials of a nutritious lunch program in several schools, both early childhood education, kindergarten and elementary school levels.
"To prepare a nutritious lunch program in Bantul Regency, a trial has been carried out at Tlogo Elementary School, Ngebel Elementary School, and several Kindergarten and PAUD in the Kasihan District," said Head of the Bantul Youth and Sports Education Office, Nugroho Eko Setyanto, quoted by ANTARA, Sunday 24 November.
According to him, in the nutritious lunch trial of President Prabowo Subianto's program, the food provider is carried out by proper catering and meets the requirements based on the results of the assessment of the third party cooperated with the local government.
"Yesterday's nutritious lunch program trial totaled around 500 children at the five school points. And yesterday there were several evaluations that might later be input for the government regarding what kind of nutritious lunch program," he said.
He said, from the results of the evaluation of the trial of the nutritious lunch program, there were some children who did not like the consumption of vegetable vegetables, then some children did not like drinking milk.
"So it really needs to be mobilized later, so that in the activity, it is necessary to prepare maybe preconditions for our children in Bantul, but in general yesterday's trial was good," he said.

He also said that school children who are allergic to certain foods will also have an evaluation to find a solution, but in the trial of a nutritious lunch program, there will be no unfavorable condition in the child's health.
"It's just that I don't like it, because I'm not used to drinking milk, I'm not used to eating vegetables, even though vegetables and fruit have nutritional needs to prevent degenerative diseases, that may need to be applied to our children," he said.
