2 TIP Cases Revealed In Pangkalpinang, 2 Pimps And 4 People Arrested
JAKARTA - The Bangka Belitung Police revealed two cases of Trafficking in Persons (TPPO) in Pangkalpinang City in three months or the July-November 2024 period.

"The two pimps are women, they deliberately recruit potential victims to be offered to someone at various rates who then agrees to meet and carry out prostitution activities at a hotel," he said.

With the disclosure of this case, he reminded the public to increase supervision of every activity of their children, especially in cases currently being handled by the Babel Police, which also involve victims who are minors.
