Setyo Budiyanto Capim who got the most votes in the election voting for the new KPK chairman. Setyo is a three-star active police officer or general commissioner. Receiving the acquisition of 45 votes, Commission III of the DPR appointed Setyo Budiyanto to become the Chairman of the KPK.

Setyo Budiyanto has a background from the police. He once served as Kapolda of North Sulawesi replacing Inspector General Mulyatno at that time. After that, Setyo was assigned to the Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan) and his rank was promoted to Commissioner General (Komjen). At the Ministry of Agriculture, Setyo carried out his duties as Inspector General (Irjen).

Fitroh Rochahyanto is known as the former Director of Prosecution (Dirtut) at the KPK. Based on a report from detikcom, he was once a member of the KPK prosecutor's team who handled a project bribery case involving the Regent of Mandailing Natal, Hidayat Batubara, in 2013.

Fitroh's career journey also includes his role in handling corruption cases in the e-KTP project. This graduate of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga, served as Director of the KPK. After 11 years of career at the KPK, he returned to duty at the Attorney General's Office (AGO).

Third, Ibnu Basuki Widodo comes from a judicial background. Currently, Mrs. Basuki Widodo serves as a judge at the Manado High Court. Previously, Ibnu had served as a judge at the Central Jakarta District Court (PN Jakpus).

Ibnu also served as an official in public relations (humas) at the Jakarta Corruption Court. While holding the position, he often handled corruption cases.

Johanis Tanak currently serves as Deputy Chair of the KPK. Previously, he was proposed as a candidate for KPK leadership to replace Lili Pintauli. With his background as a prosecutor, Johanis has held various important positions, including the Director of State Administration at the Attorney General's Office and the Head of the Jambi High Prosecutor's Office.

In 2019, Johanis Tanak also participated in the selection of candidates for KPK leadership. Johanis' proposal to replace Lili Pintauli as KPK leader came from President Jokowi.

Agus Joko Pramono served as Deputy Chairman of the BPK for the 2019-2023 period. Based on information from the official BPK website, before serving as the position, he was once an Independent Audit Advisory Committee (IAAC), contributed to the INTOSAI Development Initiative (IDI), and served as a Member of the BPK in the 2013-2019 period.
