Russia Attacks Dnipro Ukraine Amid Power Outages Due To Air Strike Threat Warning

JAKARTA - Russia's attack on the city of Dnipro in Ukraine damaged industrial companies and caused two fires in the city.

The regional governor, Serhiy Lysak, said his party was continuing to work to verify the impact of the attack after Ukraine's air force warned residents of missile threats at around 7 a.m., Thursday, November 21 local time.

Ukraine's largest private power plant and distributor, DTEK, reported emergency power outages in Ukraine's capital, Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipropxisk, and Donetsk areas after air warnings.

The city government in Kyiv said it plans to end blackouts in homes on Thursday morning.
