The Attorney General's Office Leaks The Contents Of The Examination Of The Wife Of 2 Surabaya District Court Judges Who Sentenced Ronald Tannur Free
The Attorney General's Office (AGO) is examining the wives of the suspects Erintuah Damani and Mangapul regarding the handling of the alleged bribery and gratification case of Ronald Tannur's acquittal.
Of the two witnesses, investigators explored several things, one of which was about bribes.
"Yes, of course, the extent of the witness' knowledge regarding the case, including the bribery," said Head of the AGO, Harli Siregar to VOI, Wednesday, November 20.
Erintuah Damani and Mangapul are judges at the Surabaya District Court. Those who acquitted Ronald Tannur.
The examination of the wives of the two suspects took place on Tuesday, November 19.
Harli also emphasized that the current examination, including the two witnesses, was to strengthen the evidence of alleged criminal acts that occurred.
"The witness examination was carried out to strengthen the evidence and complete the filing in the case," said Harli.
