Many Are Reported By The Vice President, Palace: The System Is Being Finalized
JAKARTA - The Palace admits that there are many reports of fad entering the Vice President's Reports service. For this reason, the public complaint system through the WhatsApp application, which was opened by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, continues to be finalized.
"The system is being created and finalized, because many are playing games. Even many of these friends are just playing games to submit reports of play," said Head of the Presidential Communication Office Hasan Nasbi at the Ministry of State Secretariat building in Central Jakarta, Monday.
Hasan said the Vice President's Lapor Mas team is still developing a complaint service format, so that reports that are invalid or fun can be filtered before being followed up.
Hasan's statement was in response to complaints from a number of people who complained through the WhatsApp number Lapor Mas Wapres, which was previously published by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka through his Instagram account @gibran_rakabuming.
The public complained that the report they sent to the WhatsApp number 081117042207 was only one tick, or the message was not received.
"So, we made the format so that this fad can be filtered. We want public reports to be really valid reports so that we can follow up," Hasan said as quoted by Antara.
The Vice President's report is a public complaint channel that is integrated with the existing government's official reporting system, namely the National Public Service Complaint Management System (SP4N) which is coordinated with ministries and institutions.

According to Hasan, the Vice President's Lapor Mas service strengthened the previous complaint system, which was not widely known to the public.
"With reports opened by the vice president, now people know that the government has actually opened reports.co.id, and many reports have been submitted there, more than 90% of the reports are valid, it has been resolved by the government," Hasan said.
