Commission III Of The House Of Representatives Continues Fit And Proper Test 6 Capim KPK Today

JAKARTA - Commission III of the DPR RI has completed the fit and proper test of the four KPK leadership candidates at the Parliament Complex, Monday, November 18.

Furthermore, the commission in charge of legal affairs will continue the feasibility test of six KPK Capims on the second day of the election and the determination of candidates for leadership and candidates for the KPK supervisory board.

The four KPK Capims that have carried out sequential fit and proper tests are Setyo Budiyanto (high-ranking police officer), Poengky Indarti (former Commissioner of Kompolnas), Fitroh Rohcahyanto (former Director of KPK Prosecution), and Michael Rolandi Cesnanta (former Head of DKI Jakarta Bapenda).

Meanwhile, the six KPK Capims who will take the fit and proper test today are Agus Joko Pramono, Ahmad Alamsyah Saragih, Djoko Poerwanto, Ibnu Basuki Widodo, Ida Budhiati, and Johanis Tanak.

Deputy Chairman of Commission III of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Rano Alfath, said that his party will seek to complete the fit and proper test for the KPK Capim tonight.

"Starting at 08.30, we will finish at 20.30. If the six can be completed, it will be resolved," said Rano at the Parliament Complex, Senayan Jakarta, Monday, November 18, evening.

Meanwhile, 10 candidates for the KPK Council, namely Benny Jozua Mamoto, Chisca Mirawati, Elly Fariani, Gusrizal, Hamdi Hasyyarbaini, Heru Khresna Reza, Iskandar MZ, Mirwazi, Sumpeno, and Winsu Baroto will undergo due diligence on Wednesday, November 20 and Thursday, November 21.

"Anyway, we'll try to finish it on Thursday," said Rano.

Rano added that the KPK's Capims who had taken the exam had signed an Integrity pact.

According to him, the most important point in the Integrity pact is that everyone must be responsible for themselves if they fall into legal problems when they become the head of the KPK.

"This means that if there are legal findings in the future it is not our responsibility, it means that they must be held accountable by them," he said.
