Dipha Barus' Clarification After Listening Party at Warteg Issued by Netizens
JAKARTA - Dipha Barus had to speak up after several negative comments emerged questioning the listening party for the new single "Rima Raga" held at a food stall located in Gandaria, South Jakarta.
Previously, Dipha Barus made a comeback with "Rima Raga" which was a collaboration single with Kunto Aji and The Adams.
The 38-year-old DJ held a listening party at the food stall, which was eventually questioned by netizens because it was considered disturbing visitors and the owner.
Responding to these comments, Dipha tried to clarify through his X account. He said that there was already a permit to hold the listening party.
"This event already has various permits, friends, and of course there is compensation for costs with the food stall too, according to their daily income," wrote Dipha Barus, Sunday, November 17.

Dipha said that he had booked the warteg area for his event. In addition, the owner also still sells his food during the listening party.
"We also book at the time proposed by the warteg. We only book for a few hours. And they also still accept GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood. We also inform several customers who are not invited guests and there are also security personnel," said Dipha.
"Yeah, maybe we don't think about it, just play. Stay healthy, guys," he added.
Kunto Aji, who was involved in the newly released song, also gave his response. He said that it is impossible for the listening party to be held to harm the owner of the place used.
"Gosh, the problem of releasing a song at a warteg, there's no need to tag Ogud. That's easy to reason, right? When we hold an event, we don't think about it and harm other people."
