Building Depot Records Sales Up Slightly To IDR 2.02 Trillion In The Third Quarter Of 2024
JAKARTA - PT Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Tbk (DEPO) recorded sales of IDR 2.02 trillion in the third quarter of 2024. This achievement increased by 2.5 percent year on year (yoy) compared to the same period the previous year.
The company's average size basketball was recorded at IDR 1.35 million per transaction in the third quarter of 2024, or an increase of 2.7 percent (yoy) compared to the same period the previous year.
Quoting Antara, the company's online sales sector also increased with a contribution of Rp. 210.43 billion in the third quarter of 2024, or an increase of 12.7 percent (yoy) compared to the same period the previous year, and currently accounts for 10.3 percent of the company's total sales.
In the third quarter of 2024, the company recorded a gross profit that increased 7.1 percent (yoy) to IDR 389.08 billion, or equivalent to 19.1 percent of total sales.
By the end of 2024, the company has opened two new stores, namely in Rungkut, Surabaya in October 2024 and in Rempoa, South Jakarta, with another shop that will soon be opened in Depok City in December 2024.
Thus, the total network of Depo Bangunan stores currently reaches 16 locations throughout Indonesia, which will make it easier for consumers to obtain quality products.
The company recorded a house brand sales growth of 65.8 percent (yoy) in the third quarter of 2024, compared to the same period the previous year, with a contribution of 8.1 percent of total sales.
To increase operational efficiency, the company has modernized an integrated store ordering system with ERP and POS, with a full implementation target by 2025.
