Tesla Cybertruck Again Affected By Recalls, This Is The Cause
JAKARTA - Bad news is again approaching the well-known EV manufacturer from the United States (US), Tesla. The brand announced that the Cybertruck model was again affected by the recall in the United States (US).
According to a Reuters report, Friday, November 15, the trigger for the recall was due to an error in the driver's inverter which resulted in the vehicle stopping when the driver stepped on the accelerator pedal.
Thus, this can make the car lose power and increase the risk of accidents.
It was stated that the manufacturer led by Elon Musk made a withdrawal of 2,400 pickups with a production model until July 30.
In its submission to the regulator of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Tesla will replace the drive inverter with a new component. This automaker said that they knew this because it received five guarantee claims involving the matter.
However, until now, Tesla has not received any reports of accidents or injuries. Starting December 9, the manufacturer will replace the components.

Furthermore, the manufacturer also said it had been using updated components on the Cybertruck in its production since July 30.
This adds to a series of recalls involving pickups with this radical form since sliding to the market at the end of last year.
Previously, Tesla announced the recall of 3,878 units of Cybertruck. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the damage was found on the accelerator peda pad which may have been released and caught in the interior trim.
This well-known US brand will replace or repair the accelerator pedal for free and the owner will be notified via the spray sent to them.
In addition, the Cybertruck model is also facing technical problems after leaving the production line, causing its delivery to customers to be delayed from early planning due to problems with the accelerator pedal.
