IPhone SE 4 Will Be Launched In Early 2025, Equipped With Bionic A18 Chipsets
JAKARTA - Apple is reportedly preparing to launch the fourth generation iPhone SE, with a recent report saying that this budget phone will be released in early 2025.
According to publications from South Korea, Aju News, the iPhone SE 4 is expected to start mass production in the near future and announced around March 2025. This is in line with the launch of the iPhone SE 3 in 2022, which was also announced in the same period.
The report also states that Apple is working with LG Innotek as a supplier of the iPhone SE 4 camera module. Mass production of this camera module is expected to begin in December 2024.
This process is considered Apple's preparation for commercial production, where LG typically supplies camera modules about three months before the launch of the iPhone device. This strengthens the possibility of launches in March 2025.
The iPhone SE 4 is rumored to be bringing some significant improvements, including a single back camera with a 48MP resolution, which is much higher than the 12MP sensor in the previous generation.
In addition, this device will be equipped with the A18 Bionic chipset, 3,279mAh-capacity battery, Face ID support, 20W cable charging, Qi2 wireless charging, and MagSafe support. However, keep in mind that this information is still speculative, so it is recommended to look forward to official confirmation from Apple
