High Speed Blong Brake Truck When Hitting Vehicles On Cipularang Toll Derivative Road
JAKARTA - The Head of the Traffic Corps (Kakorlantas) of the National Police, Inspector General Aan Suhanan, said that his party was investigating the cause of the successive accident on the Cipularang KM 92 Toll Road, West Java.
Inspector General Aan explained that from the initial observations, his party found the fact that the truck that raided 17 minibuses was in high teeth when the accident occurred.
"We went to the crime scene (TKP). There, the derivative was approximately 5 kilometers to the crime scene. Then, we found the fact that the person's position is in 4th gear. That means, these are high teeth, while there (walk, red) is derived," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, November 12.
Korlantas investigators will look for the tracks of the brakes that are still left at the scene of the incident at the crime scene which was carried out this morning.
"We are still investigating the cause. It could be human factors, it could be the vehicle itself, it could be the road or weather factors. We will investigate all of this," he said.
