Residents who want to come directly to the Vice President's Palace must know the schedule that has been set. Gibran explained that the complaint service was opened from Monday to Friday, from 08.00 WIB to 14.00 WIB.

Second, residents' complaints reports can also be submitted via WhatsApp (WA) with number 081117042207.
