Because Of Wicked, Ariana Grande Plans To Focus On Musical Instead Of Music

JAKARTA - Ariana Grande is interested in focusing on the musical field rather than exploring music which is her main job. He revealed that this began to emerge after he played Glinda in the film Wicked.

"(The teaser) is my heart," said Ariana Grande in the Las Culturalistas broadcast.

Before becoming a singer, Grande was a theater member at 13: The Musical. He also played a role in the sitcom Victorious.

"I'm going to say something scary, really scary fans and everyone but I love them and they agree and we will be here forever," said Ariana Grande.

"I will always make music, I will always go to the stage, I will always make pop things, I promise. But I don't think doing that at the speed I've been doing over the last 10 years is a picture for me in the next 10 years," he continued.

According to him, playing in the film Wicked grew his memory of the theater and he plans to return to the theater.

"Connecting with the part of me that starts in musical theaters and loves comedy and heals myself to do so, finds a role to use the parts of myself in characters through songs and voices," Grande said.

"Whatever makes sense or an appropriate role or where I can do a good job, I'm very interested. I think this is better. I'm getting emotional," said Ariana Grande.

Ariana Grande plays in the musical Wicked which is divided into two parts. This film also stars Cynthia Erivo, Jeff Goldblum, Ethan Slater, Michelle Yeoh, Peter Dinklage, Jonathan Bailey, and others.
