Philadelphia Court Holds 1 Million Dollar Draw Lawsuit Elon Musk For Trump Voters

JAKARTA - The court hearing for the lawsuit for closing Elon Musk's $1 million lottery to registered voters is underway in Philadelphia.

Despite the results of the trial, Musk's draw will end on Tuesday, November 5, the day of the election for the United States Presidential Election. Musk and his pro-Trump super PAC have provided $16 million over the past two weeks to registered voters in states on the battlefield.

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner filed a lawsuit to close Musk's draw by calling it a violation of state gambling laws and threatening the integrity of the 2024 election.

Chris Gober, treasurer of Elon Musk's super pro-Trump PAC, criticized the Philadelphia regional prosecutor (District Attorney) on Monday, November 4 before the trial.

"We were present in court today because several regional prosecutors in Philadelphia wanted to silence Elon Musk for supporting Donald Trump," Gober said.

"We will not back down from the invaders. We do not allow our rights to be trampled on by the partisan agenda that disguises itself as a legal argument," he continued.
