Yasonna Calls Megawati's Confession To Be A Person Who Is Often Adapted In Indonesia Forms Of Prudence

JAKARTA - PDIP DPP chairman Yasonna Laoly responded to Megawati Soekarnoputri's statement that she felt she was the most tapped person in Indonesia. According to Yasonna, there are people who want to know about the 5th President of the Republic of Indonesia.

"Yes, my mother often says that. I, if we meet carefully. Because he is a general chairman, a former president, a 5th president, what do you have, has a broad political network and is in a lot of condition now, there could be people who want to know what Mrs. Mega is like, it could be," said Yasonna at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Thursday, October 31.

Not worried, Yasonna assessed that the allegation was a form of Megawati's caution as an important figure in this country.

"Yes, yes, it is a form of caution that is very necessary," said the former Minister of Law and Human Rights.

However, Yasonna denied that there was wiretapping because PDIP did not join the new government. "I don't think that's the case," said the member of Commission XIII of the DPR.

Previously, the Chairperson of the PDIP, Megawati Soekarnoputri, revealed the reason why she did not use her cellphone. She feels she is one of the most tapped figures in Indonesia.

This was conveyed by Megawati during the inauguration of the Secretariat of the Red and White Youth Center Leadership Council in Gondangdia, Central Jakarta, on Monday, October 28.

"I don't have a cellphone, you know. Yes, you know, why don't I have a cellphone, do you know why not? Come on? Because I am the most tapped person in Indonesia now," Megawati said in front of party cadres.
