Having No 100 Working Day Program, Minister Of Human Rights: We Place 5 Years Of Emergency Condition, Troops Must Be Ready!

JAKARTA - Minister of Human Rights (HAM), Natalius Pigai admitted that he did not have a 100 job program for his ministry. This is because Pigai considers the five years of the Prabowo-Gibran government to be still in a state of human rights emergency so that his subordinates must always be ready to serve the people.

"I say this, that we don't have a 100-day program. If I state that the 100-day program is a system such as organizational revitalization and organizational development and staff filling, then I have finished 7 days, sir. Later, 100 days after that, 101 will be silent, sir, no one will work," said Pigai in a working meeting with Commission XIII DPR at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Thursday, October 31.

"Therefore, I place 5 years as an emergency condition, and my troops must be ready to serve the needs of all of the people, as assigned to us," he continued.

Pigai said that on the day of his inauguration as minister of the Red and White Cabinet he immediately chaired a meeting to hear input from staff. Pigai admitted to compiling an organization directly to make it more effective.

"So it's not like usual, first listen to what this unit is, what is this unit, no, I immediately make it, please, they are the designs they are ready for, I immediately arranged it, crossed out this input crossed out this input, rearranged it again, said sir, so I am indeed the staff. that's my job, "said Pigai.

Even Pigai claimed that when the ministers underwent treatment in Magelang, the ministry's structure was almost complete.

"So before we went to Magelang, it was almost 6 or 7 times, so we met, and almost 90 percent of our organizational structure, our main tasks and functions have been completed, sir," he said.

"Maybe I don't know, I don't want to be a bit proud but I'm proud of my staff, maybe our ministry is among the fastest. Today we have obtained the Presidential Decree, a presidential regulation on the ministry. Maybe within two or three days we will get candy about human rights," he continued.

In the next few days, Pigai said, his party could already inaugurate officials at the Ministry of Human Rights. Therefore, according to him, his ministry does not need to prepare a 100 working day program as another ministry.

"On Monday or Tuesday I have launched it, sir, in the new ministry, so we carry it out as soon as possible. People ask whether it is part of our 100-day program, we don't have 100-day program, we have an emergency condition program to build the people of the nation and state for 5 years, if maintained," he concluded.
