Two Classrooms At SMA Pasir Muncang Cisoka Burned, Losses Reached Hundreds Of Millions Of Rupiah

TANGERANG - Two classrooms at Salafiyah High School, Muncqng Sand Village, Cisoka, Tangerang Regency, caught fire, Tuesday, October 29, evening.

Head of BPBD Tangerang Regency, Ujat Sudrajat said the center of fire was in the classroom.

"It's true that two classrooms caught fire. Losses were Rp. 200 million," Ujat said when confirmed, Tuesday, October 29.

Ujat said the cause of the fire was suspected to be an electrical short at the school. As a result, it caused sparks that grabbed flammable materials.

A total of 5 units and dozens of personnel were deployed to speed up the fire extinguishing.

"60 minutes out," he said.

He ensured that there were no casualties in the incident. However, the loss is estimated at up to Rp200 million.
