Care For Our Children: MG Steps To Build Brands And Social Care

JAKARTA - Not only focusing on selling Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), hybrid, and pure electricity, but MG continues to build brand awareness in Indonesia through various creative strategies. The latest step from this British brand is to provide a unique experience for orphans.

This effort is part of the MSG corporate social responsibility (CSR) program, which this time is packaged in the "Care for Our Children." The goal is not only to introduce the MG brand, but also to spread kindness to the wider community.

"We provide experiences and opportunities for a number of orphans to get to know the MG brand. This is a form of our commitment, not only about sales and profits, but also has a positive impact on the community," said MG Motor Indonesia Chief Operating Officer, He Guowei, when met in the Kuningan area, Jakarta, Saturday, October 26 evening.

The "Care for Our Children" program this time was held in collaboration with Ascott and one of the orphanages in Jakarta. Various MG car models were also deployed to deliver children in this activity.

Since morning, orphans have been invited to feel the sensation of driving with MG, traveling around the city to visit Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII). There, they enjoy visiting the museum and playing with animals.

The activity was closed with a joint lunch at Ascott Kuningan, Jakarta, where children were also given the motivation to continue to live life.

"This program will be a routine activity every quarter. In the future, MG will also expand our social awareness with programs for the environment and the elderly," concluded He Guowei.
